Blues defender Pennell is snapped up by Daggers
Dunstable Town defender Luke Pennell has signed for League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge.

The 20-year-old caught the eye of Daggers boss John Still when he was in charge of Luton Town earlier this season.
Pennell had attracted the interest of other Football League clubs, having trials with the likes of Norwich City, Burnley and Fleetwood Town, but a move never materialised.
However, the former MK Dons academy player, who has had spells at both Rushden and Diamonds and Banbury United before joining Dunstable at the beginning of the season, has now penned a two and a half year deal at Victoria Road.

Hatters chief: I picked the wrong team for Bristol City defeat
On the signing, Still told the club’s official website: “Luke was a player I watched whilst at Luton because he was at Dunstable which was local.
“I was under the impression he had gone to Norwich, but as soon as I knew he was still available I tried to do something about it.
“We’ve been speaking to him over the last couple of weeks and got it over the line today.
“I look forward to him joining up with the rest of the squad.”
