Nathan Frater nade it 2-1 with a fine free kick past the five man wall seven minutes later and Roache completed the scoring with a typical poached goal just after the hour mark.
Aylesbury had few chances and the best one was presented to them when an error from goal keeper Jamie Head allowed Sam Bateman a lob at the open goal but he sent it over the bar.
Dunstable remain second in the table with two games to go, and visit Leighton Town this afternoon.
