Dunstable hit five to defeat Crawley Green

DUNSTABLE Town warmed up for their Molten Spartan SML Premier Division season with a 5-2 friendly win at Division One outfit Crawley Green on Saturday.

The Maroons, captained by former Blues star Matthew Baldry, took a surprise lead on 10 minutes, but Town hit back to lead 3-1 through Lee Roache (2) and Warren Plowright.

Crawley pulled one back only for Dunstable to increase their advantage in the second half as Roache completed his hat-trick and George Brinkman was also on target.
