Dunstable topple Totts in friendly

New-look Dunstable Town enjoyed a 5-1 victory at Totternhoe in their first pre-season friendly on Saturday.

Chris Marsh made his second debut for the club after rejoining from Arlesey Town, former Luton Town starlet Adam Watkins made his bow following his summer move and ex-Hemel Hempstead Town marksman Matt Nolan also played his part in the Blues attack.

French keeper Yannick Makiese travelled all the way from Paris to play a part in the game, while reserve Taishan Griffiths was also given his chance.

Blues ran out simple winners thanks to goals from Lee Roache, Damen Pickering, Tony Burnett, Nathan Frater and Bernard Christie.
