Hatters Ladies beat AFC to reach cup final

Luton Town Ladies reached the Bedfordshire Women’s Cup final with a penalty shoot out victory over AFC Dunstable Ladies on Sunday.

The hosts took the lead in the second half through Dionne Manning, before Hatters levelled late on as Laurien Goodier’s shot was bundled home as full time finished 1-1.

On penalties, Amy Nash, Natalie Richardson and Maisie Wyatt all netted for Town, with Hollie Staples saving twice to ensure they progressed 3-2 and will now play either Bedford Ladies or St Martins Ladies.
