Late show sees AFC destroy Borough

AFC Dunstable 6 Hillingdon Borough 3

A late burst saw AFC Dunstable enjoy a 6-3 win over Hillingdon Borough in their Molten Spartan SML Premier Division clash on Saturday.

Hayden Wills had put the hosts 1-0 ahead after seven minutes, while Jason Blackett (12) added a second soon afterwards.

Tom Kirk pulled one back on 18 minutes, with Kuiseiu Lourenco equalising three minutes later.

Gareth Harnaman’s penalty on the hour mark had AFC in front, but Borough were level on 63 minutes when Jimmy Froud converted from the spot.

AFC finally put the game to bed though when BJ Christie scored on 74 and 86 minutes, before James Baldry added an injury time sixth.
