Luton District & South Beds League round-up: Farley Boys through to final four in county cup

Luton District & South Beds League side Farley Boys progressed through to the semi-finals of the Bedfordshire Intermediate Cup with a 2-0 victory over AFC Turvey, while Lewsey Park went out on penalties to Kent Athletic after the game had finished 1-1.

Markyate were knocked out of the Hertfordshire Junior Cup at the fourth round stage as they lost 4-2 at home to Ware Lions.

In the Division One Cup FC Polonia beat North Sundon Wanderers 3-2, with Jim Mitchell scoring both of Wanderers’ goals and Alex Thorn their man of the match.

Jedenastka went down 3-2 at home to Four Model in the Premier Division, with Andrejs Kirijenko and Michal Mazur on target for Jedenastka and Pawel Malek Four Model’s star man.

In Division One Blue Line Aces lost 4-2 at home to Farley Boys Res, F&E Rangers thrashed Luton Leagrave Res 9-2 with goals from Garry Duncan (4) Stefan Tracey (3) and Ryan McQueen (2), with Fraser McCheyne their MOM.
