The Hatters could finish the season as high as tenth in the table, in what has been another highly encouraging campaign for the Clarets, who continue to flourish in the second tier.
Speaking ahead of this Saturday's game, Hatters boss Nathan Jones gave an insight into the club's summer transfer plans, and said: “It will be depending on what people want to do. If we want to go on again and if we recruit and sign better to improve the whole squad, then we can push boundaries and we can have an opportunity.
“If people want to move on, and people move on for different reasons, but the important thing for me, it’s if I was a young player, where am I going to end up when I’m 35, and what’s the best pathway to get me to that level? If the best pathway is moving elsewhere to a side then fine, but for me, I’m a big believer in what we do here.
“We think that if we do keep everyone and add quality, then we’ve got a real chance of doing something.”
