AFC Wimbledon match postponed
Frozen pitch puts paid to Hatters chances
LUTON Town’s bid to regain top spot in the Blue Square Bet Premier has been put on hold as tonight’s match at leaders AFC Wimbledon has been postponed.
The Kingsmeadow surface was deemed frozen after a pitch inspection on Monday night and with sub zero temperatures continuing throughout the week, like most of the games in the league, it was called off.
There is yet to be a date announced for the rescheduled fixture.
