All the odds as Luton host Oxford

Luton picked up an excellent three points at the weekend turning over former Conference Premier rivals Cambridge United 1-0 at the Abbey Stadium.

Mark Cullen netted 10 minutes from time to seal victory which sees the Hatters just one point away from a spot in the top half of the table.

Hatters’ boss John Still was naturally delighted with his side keep a third successive clean sheet in a notoriously difficult league.

Since the turnaround in form, and fortunes, the Hatters have been cut in half for the title and now 16/1 (from 33s) with similarly money coming for Luton to achieve a top seven finish and promotion at 2/1 (from 3s) and 9/2 (from 6s) respectively with BetVictor.

A fourth successive clean sheet is 8/5 with BetVictor and will be Still’s main prerogative when hosting Oxford United at Kenilworth Road at the weekend; Hatters 13/10 favourites to seal back-toback wins for the first time this season, the visitors 23/10 and the draw likewise.

Despite being quietly fancied in pre-season Oxford have struggled with just and one win in their last 10 games and accumulating just nine points all season.

The U’s were held to a goalless draw at home to Stevenage at the weekend and can be shut out once more with Luton fancied at 13/5 to win the game to nil and 7/1 to win the game by the 1-0 correct score.

Mark Cullen netted his third league goal of the season against The U’s and looks to be coming into form just when Town need him most.

Cullen is the 11/2 joint-favourite alongside strike-partner Paul Benson to score the opener but gets the nod to fire the Hatters to victory once more.

Cullen is 19/10 to notch his fourth goal of the season during the 90 minutes and 28/1 to score the solitary goal in a Luton Town success, as he did last week at the Abbey.
