Boardroom changes at Kenilworth Road

Work commitments mean that current director Stephen Browne will be stepping down into a special associated directorship role, while four new directors will be joining the club.

They are investors Paul Ballantyne, Bob Curson and company secretary David Wilkinson, who have been with 2020 since its inception, and property lawyer David Blakeman, who has been assisting in property and stadium issues and will aim to help relocate the club in the long term.

On his move from the Operational Board to the Advisory Board, Browne said: “It’s with a very heavy heart that I leave my position as director – it was a hard decision to make, however, I want to emphasise that I will be continuing to input via the Advisory Board.”
