5. DF: Scott Cuthbert
Scottish centre half was one the mainstays of Luton's defence that season, playing 46 games for the Hatters. Did score against the Tangerines in the play-off game that followed later in the campaign, but Town couldn't get to Wembley.
Have joined from Brighton permanently in the summer, he went on be a regular under Nathan Jones, playing 49 times that season. Added three goals too and is still at Luton now, with 206 appearances and two promotions to his name.
After being signed by previous boss John Still, was kept by Nathan Jones and had a big role to play, with 41 appearances that season, scoring the winner at Barnet in April. Stayed for another campaign as Luton went up and then joined Hearts.
Timed his run perfectly to meet Justin’s cross and head beyond Slocombe for what was his 10th goal of the season. Played a part in the first goal, as he cut out a pass in midfield, while had another effort go narrowly wide late on too.
