With Charlie Smith on loan at Charlie Smith and keeper Ben Barnes with Waltham Abbey, Luton youth team coach Paul Driver doesn’t foresee any more youngsters going oyt on loan this season.

He said: “Not at the moment, I’m keen for all the rest to stay. Ben Barnes is at Waltham Abbey, he might have to come back because we’ve got a little bit of a niggle with Craig King.

“But none of the others at the moment and I don’t think any of the others need to go out. Zane obviously comes under the manager’s umbrella, and I’m sure he’ll look for something for him.

“I think the rest are getting what they need at the moment. The one we’d probably look at at the moment would be Ian Rees I would think, but he’s just coming on so much in leaps and bounds with being with us that and getting him first team bits at the moment, there’s no real rush with that.

“I think in the end he might be the next one to go.”
