Ed eyes regular place in Hatters starting XI

DEFENDER Ed Asafu-Adjaye has set his sights on an extended run in the side after making his first start of the season in the FA Cup at Corby Town on Saturday, writes Mike Simmonds.

It’s been a frustrating period for the 21-year-old who hasn’t featured from the first whistle since the final game of last season.

Asafu-Adjaye came off the bench against St Albans in the fourth qualifying round of the same competition a fortnight ago, but was delighted to begin at Corby.
