Former Luton loan star Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined Hatters' Championship rivals AFC Bournemouth on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur.

The 22-year-old American international centre-back has penned a temporary deal until the end of the 2020/21 campaign, with a recall option in January.

Carter-Vickers made 16 appearances for Town last term, having been signed by Graeme Jones, now on the Cherries' coaching staff.

He was hugely influential in the Hatters' successful bid to avoid relegation on the final day, as Town's defence kept five clean sheets in the games he started.
