Luton Town head to Wembley in the Vertu Trophy final on Sunday as they go up against fellow League One side Stockport County.
The Hatters have a number of players who have never stepped foot on the field at the home of English football, but also several who have done, and the Luton News takes a look back at just how they have got on when playing in the capital.

9. Devante Cole: Barnsley - May 29, 2023
Forward scored 16 goals during the campaign for Barnsley, as he started the League One play-off final at Wembley, playing 72 minutes for the Tykes before being substituted, but was unable to find the net as his side were beaten 1-0 due to Josh Windass' 120th minute winner. Photo: George Wood

10. Nigel Lonwijk: Plymouth Argyle - Apr 2, 2023
The defender, who had moved to Home Park on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers, was on the bench as Plymouth were blown away by Bolton Wanderers in a one-sided Papa Johns Trophy final at Wembley. Kyle Dempsey and Dion Charles both scored early on as Elias Kachunga made it 3-0 before half time, Gethin Jones going on to add a fourth in the second period. Photo: Michael Steele

11. Nigel Lonwijk: Wycombe Wanderers - Apr 7, 2024
Defender had only joined Wycombe on a loan deal from Wolverhampton Wanderers until the end of the season in February and his ninth game was the EFL Trophy final at Wembley against Peterborough United. The Chairboys, managed by ex-Hatters boss Matt Bloomfield, were all square at 0-0 until the final five minutes, Harrison Burrows putting Posh ahead. Dale Taylor then levelled when firing past former Luton keeper Jed Steer, only for Burrows' cross to catch out Wycombe stopper Franco Ravizzoli as United won it 2-1. Photo: Richard Pelham

12. Josh Keeley: Leyton Orient - May 25, 2025
Irish goalkeeper had penned a season-long loan spell at Leyton Orient from Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur at the beginning of the campaign, the penalty shootout hero for the O's in the League One play-off semi-final victory over Stockport County. Up against ex-Hatters boss Nathan Jones' Charlton Athletic in the final at Wembley, he was beaten by Macaulay Gillesphey after half an hour, as the O's weren't able to hit back in the contest.
