18. Darron McDonough: 1987-88
Defender fired home as Luton beat Wigan 4-2 in the Littlewoods Cup as the Hatters went on to lift the trophy. A first Division One goal came in the 2-2 draw with Southampton, also scoring in the 2-1 FA Cup success at Hartlepool.
19. Brian Stein: 1987-88
Prolific striker opened his account in a 5-2 success against Oxford United, then bagging the winner in a 1-0 Littlewoods Cup victory at Ipswich, also finding the net in a 2-1 FA Cup victory over Southampton.
20. Mick Harford: 1987-88
Nabbed a double in the 2-2 draw with West Ham in Division One, while scored a hat-trick for the Hatters as they hammered Wigan Athletic 4-2 in the Littlewoods Cup on their way to Wembley glory. FA Cup goal came in the 1-1 draw at QPR.
