Fuccillo revelling in Buckle success story

TECHNICAL director Lil Fuccillo has been delighted with the way their appointment of manager Paul Buckle has worked out, writes Mark Wood.

The ex-Town boss played a key role in hiring Buckle at the beginning of April following the dismissal of Gary Brabin.

With Town on a disastrous run of form the former Torquay chief has magically turned Town’s fortunes around winning five, drawing two and losing just one of his eight matches in charge.

Fuccillo said: “We went through a great process and quick process and to think how the last few weeks have gone and we’ve come through them is great.”
