Hatters boss John Still was delighted to extend striker Jayden Stockley’s loan spell for another month.

The AFC Bournemouth forward has made four appearances for Town since joining, and although he is yet to score, Still thinks that might change with the additions of Ryan Hall and Nathan Oduwa.

He said: “Jayden has come in and worked his absolute socks off. I think he’ll benefit from slightly better supply now, but he’s quickly become one of the boys, has settled in really and is desperate to stay here which is important.

“Paul’s (Benson) back in training, not training fully with us, but maybe next week we might find that, so he’s getting closer.

“Ross Lafayette is getting games which is good, so the picture is looking quite bright for us at the moment.”

Stockley is now eligible for Luton’s next seven matches in Sky Bet League Two, up to and including the trip to Bury on Tuesday, March 3.
