Hatters have learned their painful lessons
DEFEAT in the play-offs last season has made fit-again Adam Newton doubly determined not to suffer the same fate again this term, writes Mark Wood.
The experienced wide man was sent off at the death in the semi-final second leg defeat to York City last term and is adamant it won’t happen again.
He said: “None of the players that were here (last season) first and foremost want to lose.
“If the term is ‘experienced that feeling’ then that’s not a feeling we want to come around again.
