Luton Town duo Solomon Taiwo and Ricky Miller have joined Conference Premier outfit Dover Athletic on loan.
Midfielder Taiwo, 29, and striker Miller, 25, will spend one month with the Whites, who won promotion to the Conference via the Conference South play-offs last season.
Miller moved to Kenilworth Road from Boston United in the summer but has yet to feature, while Taiwo has fallen well down the pecking order, as he wasn’t even handed a squad number before the campaign started.
Boss John Still told the club’s official website: “This move will do both players the power of good. Both are desperate to play regular first team football.
“We had to be sure about which club to send them to – and we were keen on making sure they were playing at a competitive level.
“Dover are, like us, up a level having gone up last season and Chris (Kinnear) will look after them both.
“In Ricky’s case he is returning from injury and this will be a good opportunity to earn some competitive match fitness.”
