Luton ended their four game winless in comfortable fashion on Saturday as they ran out 3-0 winners over Blackpool. Captain Sonny Bradley opened the scoring just before half time, while goals from Elijah Adebayo and Jordan Clark sealed victory in the second period. To find out how the visitors rated on the afternoon, see below.
5. Kal Naismith: 8
In the middle of Town’s three centre halves, he defended the box well, making some important blocks when required. Popped up with an excellent corner for Bradley’s opener and might be called on again from set-pieces now.
6. Sonny Bradley: 8.5
Will have been desperate to keep a clean sheet and his heel ensured Town weren’t trailing, deflecting Mitchell’s against the post. Great back post header put Luton in front as he netted without the Sky cameras present for the first time.
7. Henri Lansbury: 7
Midfielder was one of five changes made and when able to get on the ball during the first period, played some good passes, one brilliantly disguised effort sending Clark away. Replaced by Mpanzu at the break though.
8. Allan Campbell: 8
Another who was back in after being surprisingly dropped against Cardiff and responded with a committed display in the centre of midfield. Got through plenty of work as Blackpool looked to dominate possession.
