Luton ended an almost six month wait for an away win as they triumphed 2-1 at Cardiff City on Tuesday night.
The Hatters had fallen behind five minutes into the second period, only to level through Jordan Clark’s stunning strike and claimed all three points with 10 minutes left courtesy of Thelo Aasgaard’s decisive strike. To find out how the Town players rated, see below.

Part of a triple substitution made by Bloomfield who entered the fray before Town kicked off having drawn level through Clark's cracker. Went up top with Morris and then led the line himself once the forward made way for Bowler with 12 left. Used his pace to try and get in behind, while his neat touch sent Bowler away on the right in the build-up to Aasgaard's winner. Looked to slow the game down in the closing minutes as well when Town were trying to protect their advantage. Photo: Ryan Hiscott

14. Zack Nelson (SUB): 7
Brought on with Alli and Brown as Bloomfield stuck to his guns and made some sweeping alterations with half an hour to go. Got stuck into the task well, making three challenges and also used the ball well, keeping possession impressively to help Town to an incredibly precious three points. Photo: David Horn

15. Josh Bowler (SUB): 7
On with 16 minutes to go, he was finally utilised in his preferred position once more and made it pay, looking to get on the ball and push Luton up the pitch. Kept his width when found by Brown, as he cut in on his left foot and curled goalwards, the ball dropping invitingly for Aasgaard to win it. Used all his experience in the latter moments as well to ensure Cardiff couldn't mount a late comeback. Photo: David Horn

16. Reece Burke (SUB): 7
After yet another lengthy spell out injured, it was so good to see him in the squad to begin with and then also get onto the pitch. Slotted into the back-line for the last few minutes to beef up the Hatters' defence and made an absolutely crucial intervention in stoppage time to clear the danger away and ensure Luton held on.
