Luton gave themselves a massive chance of staying in the Championship after beating fellow strugglers Hull City 1-0 on Saturday. Kazenga LuaLua came off the bench to score the winner with just five minutes to go and to find out how the hosts rated, see below.
9. Elliot Lee: 7.5
Good display by the attacker who was always an outlet for Town in the first half, looking to get on the ball and create something. Free kick didnt quite come down in time as Luton completely bossed the second period. Replaced by Moncur.
10. Harry Cornick: 7
Had the odd moment in a poor first half, just unable to reach Brees cross from the right. Well shackled for large parts as he made way for the game-changers with 20 minutes to go.
11. James Collins: 7
Plenty of effort during his 70 minutes in Humberside and inches away from connecting with a diving header. Lucky to stay on the pitch with an ill-advised charge at MacDonald after an altercation off the ball though.
12. Kazenga LuaLua (SUB): 8.5
Only on for 20 minutes but what a performance. Terrorised the Hull defence when he got the ball, scored a quite crucial winner, celebrated in style and could have set up another two as well. Just brilliant.
