Luton produced a wonderful display to defeat their sworn enemies Watford at home for the first time since 1993 on Saturday. Substitute James Collins scored with his first touch of the ball in the 78th minute after coming off the bench to convert a penalty won by Elijah Adebayo. To find out how the visitors rated on a magnificent afternoon, see below.
5. Sonny Bradley: 10
Fans or no fans, the skipper knew just how much the match meant to Town’s supporters and brought that intensity with him on to the field. Might have opened the scoring twice, but he ensured the Hornets forwards hardly had a sniff.
6. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 10
Like Naismith, most Luton fans could watch the midfielder play all day too as he got on the ball and delivered some delicious crossfield passes to his team-mates. Not afraid to shoot either as his set-piece deliveries were a constant handful as well.
7. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu (STAR MAN): 10
Looked up for it from the first whistle as he was here, there and everywhere for the Hatters, easily dominating what was a Premier League midfield. Might have opened the scoring when blasting over but laid his marker down with that display.
8. Luke Berry: 10
Kept his place after going off at the break last weekend and it definitely proved the right call with a marvellous display. Drifted into space effortlessly and was always available to receive the ball, timing his runs into the area well to go close twice.
