Trailing 1-0 with three minutes to play, Callum McManaman drew Town level, before George Moncur won it in stoppage time. See how the Hatters rated for their efforts on a thrilling afternoon below.
5. Sonny Bradley: 7.5
Part of a defence which managed to restrict Wigan to one shot on target after the humiliation of shipping seven at Brentford. Vitally got out of the way for Moncur to score and could see how much that victory meant to him.
6. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 7.5
Dropped into the holding role, showing real bravery at times to take the ball off Shea inside the area and try to break Wigans press. Not quite at his best, but still got stuck in with one crunching challenge during the second period.
7. Ryan Tunnicliffe: 7
Had a fine opportunity early on to put Town in front as his effort was cleared off the line by a flying Sterling. Kept his composure to deliver the late cross that led to Moncurs winner and sent Kenilworth Road into raptures.
8. Andrew Shinnie: 7
Could and should have given Town the start they wanted, blazing over from close range early on. Linked up play well at times, before making way for Moncur on the hour mark.
