Luton conceded a stoppage time equaliser as they were held to a 3-3 draw by Swansea City on Saturday. Luke Berry's volley and an Elijah Adebayo double had put the hosts 3-0 ahead by half time, before they were breached three times in the second period to only leave with a point. To find out how the Town players rated on the afternoon, see below.
9. Luke Berry: 7.5
Quite brilliant opening goal as he took off to unleash a spectacular flying volley that thundered into the net. Got through plenty of good work, but wouldn’t have expected to see Town pegged back when he came off on the hour with a 3-0 lead.
10. Harry Cornick: 8
Brilliant display of pressing before the break as he won the ball back from Naughton to earn Town’s penalty. Sent over some good deliveries, but wasted the best chance of sewing up the points, hitting the post when clean through.
11. Elijah Adebayo (STAR MAN): 8.5
Terrific centre forward’s performance as he caused no end of problems throughout. Took his penalty confidently and then tapped home following a glorious flowing move. Should have had a hat-trick, only for a heavy touch when one-on-one.
12. Jordan Clark (SUB): 6
Great to see him back following that sickening head injury against West Bromwich Albion. Came on when Swansea were just starting to get on the front foot and was unable to prevent them from turning that pressure into goals.
