Steve McNulty: 7 - Made to look ordinary at times by Halifax’s lively strikeforce but used his experience to good effect.

Alex Lawless: 7 - Versatility was a real boon as he played in midfield and at full-back to good effect, but there is plenty more to come after his long lay-off.

Scott Griffiths: 8 - Left exposed on the left, but ploughed his lone furrow well, putting in a number of key tackles as he bombed on intelligently.

Andy Parry: 7 - Rangy midfielder again anchored Town’s midfield well as he proceeded to take a vice-like grip on proceedings after an indifferent start for the Hatters.

Luke Guttridge: 8 - Lovely skills led to his goal as the industrious midfielder was key to Luton’s comeback.

Ronnie Henry: 7 - Overlapping full-back put in several great crosses to aid his side’s potency in front of goal.

Paul Benson: 7 - Led the line well, scored an important goal and won a good number of flicks for Gray to feed off.

Andre Gray: 8 - Took his goal superbly and became increasingly effective the longer the game went on with his power and pace.

Alex Lacey: 6.5 - Athletic youngster allowed himself to be muscled off of the ball too often and struggled with the movement of the Halifax forwards.
