Luton picked up their first away win since September as they gave themselves a fighting chance of avoiding relegation by beating Middlesbrough on Saturday as Ryan Tunnicliffe scored the only goal of the game on 17 minutes to end Town's terrible run of 12 straight defeats on the road and move them just four points from safety.
5. Sonny Bradley: 8
Back-to-back clean sheets since his return to the team and this was one of his best displays of the season as he kept Boros impressive array of attacking threats incredibly quiet.
6. Martin Cranie: 8
First start since New Years Day and used all his experience in the holding midfield position to carry on Glen Rea's good work. Nipped into win the ball back well and started the move off for Towns only goal.
7. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 8
Wholehearted display in the engine room as he ensured that Town kept their opponents at arms length for the majority. Might have made the game safer on to hammer some late attempts well over.
8. Ryan Tunnicliffe: 8
Redemption of sorts for the summer signing after the previous weekend's criticism as he carried on his good form by making an excellent foray into area to convert at the back post. Never stopped running once more either.
