Luton ended their run of successive defeats with a stalemate at Nottingham Forest last night. Striker Elijah Adebayo missed a glorious chance to win it in the second half when his penalty was saved by home keeper Brice Samba and to find out how the visitors rated on the evening, see below.
5. Sonny Bradley: 7.5
Calm performance at the back once more from the skipper as Luton kept Forest at arm’s length, the hosts only able to manage one shot on target. Took one for the team late on, sliding in to pick up a booking as the hosts tried to counter.
6. Henri Lansbury: 7
Didn't get the boos he had expected at his former club but wasn't able to feature in quite the manner he would have hoped such was Forest’s domination of the ball. Fierce drive looked like it was goalbound only for a flying City defender.
7. Allan Campbell: 8
Starting to look more at home in the Championship now, beginning for a third game in a row. Endless energy saw him get amongst the Forest players as Town’s midfield stood firm, while one cross picked out Adebayo for a header that went over.
8. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 7
Had to do his fair share of chasing as Forest knocked the ball about during the first half without ever really threatening an opener. Able to have time and space once Colback was dismissed but Luton couldn’t find a way through.
