Luton Town ran out 2-0 winners over Peterborough United on Saturday as they maintained their perfect start to the League One season.
Second half goals from Mads Andersen and Jordan Clark were enough to down the Posh and to find out how the Hatters players rated on the afternoon, see below.

5. Kal Naismith: 7
Went about his business in exactly the kind of professional manner that Bloomfield would have wanted when he signed him in the summer and made him captain. Experienced to snuff out the majority of Peterborough's attacks that came down his side which allowed Luton to keep their second successive clean sheet. Might have done better in the opening moments of the second half when he overlapped Alli but could only shoot into the side-netting, although as the game opened up, he had more space to advance forward and pick his passes. 6. Milli Alli: 6.5
Started out as a left wingback with a clear directive to get forward and run at his man, but although he saw some possession in the first period, he was unable to really make it count as Peterborough withstood his threat, one mis-hit cross ending up flashing into the side-netting. Came central once and the panic it caused almost saw Wells open the scoring, as he also teed up Naismith well after the break, the chance going begging. Not quite able to replicate last season's form just yet, but you get the feeling there's plenty more to come. Photo: Liam Smith

7. George Saville: 7.5
Demonstrated plenty of the reasons why Luton were so keen to make him one of their key summer additions as he is the kind of nuisance in midfield that Town have been lacking for a quite a while now. Always involved with the opposition, making some tactical fouls to prevent United from gaining any real momentum, but also showed his quality on the ball too, unleashing some good passes to the flank, while it was his pinpoint corner that allowed Andersen to head home. 8. Shandon Baptiste: 7.5
Midfielder has so much quality, that has never been in doubt, it’s just being able to show that on the pitch due to constant injury issues. Signs are encouraging this term as on the ball was easily Luton’s best player in the first period, displaying some wonderful touches, feints and weight of pass out to the flank. When Town upped the intensity in the second period, he was a big part of that too, although might have pulled the trigger first time when space opened up for him in the area. Hugely promising though and a warm ovation when he went off on 70 minutes. Photo: Liam Smith
