Luton suffered another hugely disappointing trip to Stevenage on Thursday night, going down to a 2-1 defeat.
The hosts took the lead through Dan Kemp’s controversial goal in the first half, before an offside Josh Magennis doubled the advantage in the second period. Although Mads Andersen pulled one back, Town couldn’t find a leveller, and to find out how the Hatters players rated, see below.

Midfielder was brought on with Palmer as Town altered their attacking players to try and find a way back into the contest, but although his deflected cross led to the Hatters giving themselves a lifeline at 2-1, he didn't ever really look like he was the person who was going to do it, outmuscled by Boro's physical midfielders. Came on for Marshall, rather than play alongside him, which clearly annoyed the visiting fans who wanted to see two upfront in the closing stages. Few decent forays forward, as although he was on for just 24 minutes, he still had the most touches in the penalty area with six in a short space of time. Sadly it didn't come to much, as he lost his footing once when in a dangerous position, and then tried, but failed to win a penalty late on, one of the few decisions the officials did get right. Sent on as Luton's last throw of the dice as he replaced Odoffin, but no real opportunity to show just what he could do, heading over the left flank where he was well marshalled by a Stevenage defence who had the bit between their teeth. Photo: Duncan Jack
