Luton produced one of their worst performances of the season as they were easily beaten 3-0 by Stoke City on Saturday. Nick Powell netted twice, with Steven Fletcher on target as the Hatters were well and truly second best throughout. To find out how the visitors rated on the afternoon, see below.
5. James Bree: 2
With Luton’s defence all at sea for the majority of proceedings, he struggled on his return to the side. Two mistakes for the second goal as he gave the ball away and then didn’t even jump for Allen’s cross allowing Powell to make it 2-0.
6. Dan Potts: 3
Full back had been in a decent vein of form both in attack and defence going into the game, but with Town on the back foot for almost all of the contest, was never able to showcase that against a dominant Potters side.
7. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 4
Usually excellent passing was off for large swathes of the contest as he often over-hit his efforts or saw them cut out by an opponent. Did have the odd moment in the second period, but nothing to write home about on this occasion.
8. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 2
Struggled to influence the game at all, giving possession back to Stoke on a regular basis, as Town comprehensively lost the midfield battle. Dived in when he needed to get back for the Potters' first and was eventually taken off in the second half.
