Hatters rated v Accrington

Elliot Justham: 7.5 - Absolutely crucial save with the scores at 0-0 as he narrowed the angle brilliantly. Bit of work needed on his kicking, but proving a more than able deputy for Tyler.

Michael Harriman: 7 - Once again he couldn’t quite make the bursts forward he has been accustomed too but played his part in keeping a clean sheet.

Scott Griffiths: 7.5 - Always on the front foot and linked well with Howells. Full back starting to come into some real form at an important stage of the season.

Luke Wilkinson: 8 - Brought a real sense of assuredness to the back-line and here’s hoping he can avoid injury and suspension for the remainder.

Fraser Franks: 7.5 - Slightly shaky start but grew into the game impressively and made a number of telling blocks and clearances, particularly in the second half.

Cameron McGeehan: 6.5 - Relished running out at Kenilworth Road as a Hatters once more but on the periphery for large periods as found it hard to get into the game.

Jonathan Smith: 6.5 - Skipper was combative in the middle of the park once more, but it took Town a while to get on top of the midfield battle.

Jake Howells: 6.5 - Tucked in on the left hand side and one wonderful cross in the first half. Found more space after the break though and came close to netting too.

Luke Guttridge (STAR MAN): 8 - Perfect run to give Town the breathing space they required. Another 90 minutes under his belt and it’s looking like his injury is fully healed.

Elliot Lee: 7.5 - Very impressive home debut as his class on the ball was evident. Looks an assured finisher and lovely assist for Guttridge’s strike too.

Jayden Stockley: 7 - Can’t fault his effort and desire as once again he ran himself into the ground for the cause. Backing that up with goals now as he rose highest to meet Guttridge’s corner.

Alex Lawless (SUB): 6.5 - More valuable minutes for Lawless who will surely be ready to go from the start soon.

Mark Cullen (SUB): 7 - Lively cameo from the striker as he went close twice in the space of a matter of minutes. Hopefully his future is resolved now too.
