Scott Griffiths: 6.5 - Had his hands full as Stevenage went direct to Whelpdale and was occasionally caught positionally.

Steve McNulty: 7.5 - Imposing display from the centre half and his first half pass to Drury was an eye-catcher.

Luke Wilkinson: 7.5 - Becoming a real leader for the Hatters now. Such a threat in the opposition box too with his second in as many weeks.

Nathan Doyle: 7.5 - Looked at home in front of the back four. Kept things simple and broke up play effectively.

Andy Drury: 7 - Encouraging as his free kick set up the first goal and produced a number of excellent crosses.

Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu (STAR MAN): 8 - Becoming absolutely vital to Luton’s cause now. Utilised slightly wider this time but barnstorming runs and set up Wall’s winner.

Mark Cullen: 6.5 - Provided some good link-up play but lost possession too cheaply at times.

Paul Benson: 6.5 - Added some much-needed height and run out will have done him a world of good.

Jim Stevenson (SUB): 6.5 - Slotted in seamlessly to allow Hatters’ to keep their attacking thrust.

charlie Walker (SUB): 7 - Showed great movement in the box and believed he should have had his first Town goal.
