Matt Macey: 7 - Slightly mixed bag from the keeper as he made one tremendous save from Harrison in the second period, while also came out well at times to collect crosses. Still a few iffy moments from set-pieces though that the hosts couldn’t capitalise on.
Stephen O’Donnell: 8 - Back in the starting line-up as Jones opted for height in his defence and repaid the manager’s faith. Brilliant burst and weight of pass to set up Hylton’s crucial second goal too.
Alan Sheehan: 8.5 - Moved over to left back in the first half as Senior was rested and a constant influence with his excellent set-pieces. Set up Rea, almost scored from 40 yards, and then adapted to going back to central defence for final 25 minutes.
Scott Cuthbert: 8.5 - Far more comfortable 90 minutes than he has had recently such was the lack of firepower Yeovil possessed. Still, kept things solid and will be delighted by clean sheet too. May have added to his tally at the other end as well.
Glen Rea: 8.5 - Looks a natural at centre half alongside Cuthbert as despite moving back into midfield after the break, played his part fully in the shut out too. Had gone close before a wonderful leap and cushioned header saw him on the scoresheet.
Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 9 - Just getting, better and better and better at the moment. Real powerhouse in the midfield for Town as he brushed Yeovil aside at times. Been asked to add goals and did just that late on too with a composed finish.
Jonathan Smith: 8 - Back in the team and stuck to his task well, bar one rash challenge, as Yeovil never had time on the ball to build any kind of momentum. Good vision to pick out Mpanzu for the icing on the cake too.
Jake Gray: 7.5 - Retained his place after Oxford match and put in a good shift for the visitors as he continues to up his match-fitness. Set the ball rolling for Luton’s second goal as he quickly spotted the counter attack was on.
Jordan Cook: 7.5 - Deadball deliveries are proving a real plus for the Hatters as they finally look far more dangerous these days. Kept things simple too as Luton were just too good for their opponents.
Danny Hylton (STAR MAN): 9.5 - Superb display of just how to lead the line from Town’s front man. Netted early penalty, kept his cool for the second and although Glovers’ players and fans tried to wind him up, he was just too good throughout.
Isaac Vassell: 8.5 - Such an outlet for the Hatters as his lightning pace means any kind of clearance swiftly becomes a chance to attack. Clearly fouled for the penalty too as Yeovil’s back-line struggled to handle him.
Dan Potts (SUB): 7 - Defender featured for the first time since being injured on New Year’s Eve and made one good break forward in particular on the left hand side.
Ollie Palmer (SUB): 6.5 - On for Vassell and almost caught Krysiak out with an audacious volley from distance.
Jack Marriott: (SUB): 6.5 - Late replacement for Hylton as he kept the pressure on in the final stages.
