Hatters skipper ready for change at Kenilworth Road

Town captain Steve McNulty is expecting there to be a number of comings and goings at Kenilworth Road in the summer.

Boss John Still has admitted previously that there will be a rebuilding of the squad which helped win promotion from the Conference.

McNulty said: “It’s football, the game we’re in, he’s always going to look to strengthen the squad, always going to bring fresh faces in.

“Clubs always need freshening up and he’s going to do that to gives us another lift.

“It’s disappointing some lads won’t be here next season but it’s the industry we’re in.

“It has happened to me, it will happen to us all. I think the signings he brings in will strengthen us.”

Meanwhile, the skipper is optimistic both Cameron McGeehan and Michael Harriman will turn their loan deals into permanent moves after spending a lengthy period at the club.
