Henry returns for Southend clash

HATTERS winger Charlie Henry could finally make his first appearance for the club after being named on the substitutes’ bench for this afternoon’s reserve fixture with Southend United, writes Mike Simmonds.

The 24-year-old has been dogged by a foot injury since making a move from Newport County last November but this hopefully marks some light at the end of the tunnel for the wideman.

New signings John Paul Kissock and Collin Samuel also feature, as do defenders Dean Beckwith and Ed Asafu-Adjaye, along with Aaron O’Connor for the Combination clash that kicks off at 2pm.

Hatters: Kidd, Jibodu, Asafu-Adjaye, Beckwith, Carden, Kissock, Stephens, Tavernier, McAdams, O’Connor.

Subs: Deeney, Carney, Ann, Nash, Henry.
