Luton Town kicked off their 2015-16 campaign with a 1-1 draw against Accrington Stanley on Saturday.
The hosts went ahead on the hour mark with Hatters midfielder Jonathan Smith needlessly fouled Josh Windass in the area, with the Stanley midfielder then converting the resulting penalty.
Smith himself though managed to save Luton a point as he diverted Craig Mackail-Smith’s volley beyond homer keeper Jason Mooney in injury time.
