With time running out, sub Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu raced away to score the equaliser, and earn Hatters a share of the spoils.
Earlier, Luton had fallen behind to Danny Rose’s goal on the hour mark, but battled back to pick up their first point of the season on home soil.
