Injured Hatters are back on track
Town manager Gary Brabin is hoping his side’s defensive injuries clear up before the end of pre-season, writes Mike Simmonds.
George Pilkington, Shane Blackett, Dan Walker Freddie Murray and Dan Gleeson have yet to feature in any of the friendlies so far, but Brabin insisted their fitness is being monitored.
He said: “George Pilkington had a little bit of a groin (injury) that he had at the end of last season.

Hide Ad“Dan Gleeson just went over on his ankle the day before the Hitchin game.
“Shane and Freddie are with the programmes from the end of last season and should be back by the end of the week, while Dan has a little bit of a niggle on his knee.”
