Last season’s player of the year Lawless is yet to feature this campaign, but played 45 minutes of Town’s 4-1 development victory at Brentford on Tuesday afternoon and will come into consideration, along with Solomon Taiwo.
Still said: “Lawless will travel. He played in the devlopment game, played 45 minutes and was very, very good.
“Solly played 90 minutes and was outstanding, so that was good news there.
“We played a very strong Brentford side at Brentford and by and large, most of our team were young ones.

HATTERS RATED: Luton Town 2 Newport County 3
“So that was fantasic, absolutely brilliant. It’s good to see the young ones getting into the way we want.”
Centre-half Lacey, who has been hugely impressive so far this season, may also be fit after coming off during the 0-0 draw with Grimsby Town on Saturday due to a twisted ankle.
Still continued: “He’ll travel tomorrow. I dont know to be honest (if he’ll play). We’ll give him another 24 hours.
“He’s done a little bit today without doing too much, so we’ll leave that until tomorrow.”
Fellow defender Anthony Charles will miss out once again, although could be available for next Saturday’s home clash with Lincoln City.
Still added: “He’s coming on, his shoulder is okay. He tried to push himself on a little bit too much in training like Alex (Lawless) did and got a slight pull.
“It’s nothing drastic and he’ll probably train next week.”
