Town attacker Elliot Lee is looking forward to helping Oxford United push for promotion in the latter stages of the League One season.

The 26-year-old, who has made 123 appearances for the Hatters, scoring 30 goals, has played just 16 times this term, his last Championship outing back on December 5.

With Oxford eighth in the table, three points off the play-offs, speaking to the U's official website, Lee said: "I’ve always enjoyed playing against Karl Robinson’s teams because they always play good football and I think the way they are set up will really suit how I like to play as well.

"I look at the facilities here and the players in the squad and I think everything is set up for a real push from now until the end of the season and I can’t wait to be a part of that.”
