Striker Zane Banton, who has joined Hemel Hempsted Town on loan until the end of the season, came off the bench as the Tudors drew 2-2 at Wealdstone in Conference South on Sunday afternoon.

The youngster also featured for Hemel in a 3-1 win over St Albans on New Year’s Day, when he set up Town’s third goal.

Forward Lee Angol couldn’t add to his tally of 19 goals this season as Boreham Wood were beaten 3-1 at home by Ebbsfleet on Sunday, although he was on target during a 5-0 win at Bishop’s Stortford on Friday.

After being named man of the match, Wood boss Ian Allinson told the club’s official website: “Lee Angol was outstanding, his pace and movement was devastating.”

Mark Onyemah played 90 minutes as Hampton & Richmond drew 2-2 with Met Police in Ryman Premier Division on New Year’s Day.

Meanwhile, defender Brett Longden featured for Arlesey Town as they defeated local rivals Biggleswade Town 2-1.

Isaac Galliford was an unused sub as Hitchin Town won 4-2 at Cambridge City in Southern League Premier Division with fellow youth teamer Tuki Tayali playing 74 minutes as Barton Rovers were beaten 1-0 by Royston Town in Southern League Division One Central.
