Elliot Lee made his debut for Oxford United but the U's nine-game winning streak was ended as they lost 3-2 at Doncaster Rovers in League One on Saturday.

The on-loan Luton attacker had an early effort blocked, before Jon Taylor opened the scoring for Rovers on the half hour.

Lee then curled wide, before Sam Long levelled for the visitors five minutes before the break.

After the interval, a quickfire double from Fejiri Okenabirhie and Taylor Richards saw Doncaster move 3-1 in front, as although Mide Shodipo pulled one back, United couldn't equalise.

Town midfielder Andrew Shinnie came out on top of his battle against defender Gabriel Osho as Charlton Athletic triumphed 2-0 at Rochdale.

The pair both started for their respective sides, with the Addicks leading after seven minutes through Chuks Aneke.

Former Luton trialist Deji Oshilaja doubled Charlton’s lead with 27 gone, after ex-Hatter Jayden Stockley was involved in the build-up.

Shinnie’s shot from outside the area forced an excellent low save from Gavin Bazunu, as the midfielder was replaced with 78 gone, Osho also going off a minute later too.

Full back Peter Kioso started for Northampton Town as they earned a 0-0 draw at Accrington Stanley.

The defender saw a header tipped over from a corner early on and then started a quickfire counter attack which eventually came to nothing, but the Cobblers earned a welcome clean sheet in their battle against relegation.

Josh Neufville started as Yeovil Town were beaten 1-0 by Stockport County in front of the TV cameras at Edgeley Park in the National League.

The Hatters notched what turned out to be the winner on 23 minutes, Alex Reid on target.

After the break, Yeovil, driven forward by Neufville, came on strongly, with the Town attacker denied by Ben Hinchcliffe, but the visitors, who had skipper Lee Collins sent off, couldn't hit back.

Keeper Harry Isted made his third debut for Wealdstone as they were knocked out of the FA Cup, losing 4-1 at National League North side Darlington.

He was beaten by an early own goal from Michee Efete and then Jarrett Rivers' strike, although did well to prevent Dan Maguire from making it 3-0.

Stones attacker Moses Emmanuel netted a penalty to give the visitors hope, but the second half saw Luke Charman and Erico Sousa seal a commanding victory.
