LOAN WATCH: Shinnie scores for Charlton as Neufville features in Yeovil defeat


Hatters midfielder Andrew Shinnie played a big part in Charlton Athletic claiming four points from six this week, beating MK Dons 1-0 on Tuesday night and drawing 2-2 against Swindon Town at the weekend.
The 31-year-old had come off the bench at the break on Saturday, with the Addicks trailing 2-0 to the Robins, Hallam Hope (5) and Matty Palmer (39) scoring.

Hide AdCharlton reduced the deficit on 57 minutes when Chuks Aneke found the net, as ex-Luton striker Jayden Stockley came on for his debut, with Shinnie slotting past keeper Mark Travers in the 90th minute to salvage a point.
Then in the week, Shinnie earned his first start since December 2, as Charlton edged out MK Dons 1-0 at Stadium MK.
The Scotsman almost set up Liam Millar, his cross claimed by the keeper, before Millar netted the only goal of the game on 18 minutes,
Shinnie was replaced on 68 minutes, but Lee Bowyer's side held on for the victory.

Hide AdMeanwhile, Josh Neufville started for Yeovil Town as they fell to a disappointing 4-2 defeat at Maidenhead United in the National League on Wednesday evening.
The visitors took the lead on 19 minutes, as Albi Skendi hammered home his third goal in four games.
Yeovil were caught napping on the half hour as Maidenhead equalised, Danilo Orsi-Dadomo firing home.
After the break, Maidenhead came out strongly, Manny Parry (50) and Dan Sparkes (70) making it 3-1 to the hosts, Orsi-Dadomo's late penalty completing the rout.
