Luton skipper Sonny Bradley would love the chance to go up against the Hatters' fiercest rivals Watford next season if they are relegated from the Premier League today, but only when fans are allowed back into stadiums.

The Hornets are one of three teams that could join Norwich City in dropping out of the top flight this afternoon as they currently occupy the final relegation berth, level on points with Aston Villa who are just above them, but one goal worse off.

Caretaker boss Hayden Mullins takes his side to Arsenal, while Villa go to West Ham and second bottom Bournemouth, just three points behind the pair, with the same goal difference as Watford, visit Everton.

Bradley would love Town’s foes to fall through the trapdoor and and the two teams to meet in a league game for the first time since a 1-1 draw in the Championship back on April 9, 2006, as he said: “Yes, of course, that’s what the fans want, I’m not sure the Watford fans want that, they want Premier League football and that’s understandable.

“But if they come down I've never played in a Luton Watford game for obvious reasons, but it sounds like it could be tasty and something I want to be a part of.

"I don't want it without the fans though.

"I'd rather those two fixtures be at the end of the season where it’s more likely that fans can be there so we can do it properly."
