Luton Town winger Paddy McCourt has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for their UEFA Euro 2016 Championship qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Hungary.

The 31-year-old, who has 17 caps to his name so far, scoring twice, will travel with the NI team to the Faroes on Friday, September 4, before returning to Windsor Park for the home clash with Hungary on Monday, September 7.

McCourt, who moved to Luton in the summer after being released by Brighton, will miss Hatters’ trip to Cambridge United in League Two.
