Miller wants to catch the eye in Portugal
Recent Hatters signing Ricky Miller is desperate to show Town boss John Still just what he is capable of during the club’s training camp in Portugal this week.
The Boston United striker penned a one year deal at Kenilworth Road last month and flew out with the rest of the squad this afternoon.
Miller said: “From what I’m told it’s quite a feared week, very intense, with testing every day.
“But I’m quite excited about coming in and trying to catch the eye of the gaffer and his coaching staff and hopefully make a claim to get in the team.
“People who have been there a couple of years are a bit wary of it, but I’m excited to get there, get my fitness levels going through the roof.
“I’m just going to take every day as it comes and give it everything I’ve got and try to impress.”
