FIT-AGAIN attacker Amari Morgan-Smith believes the ever-increasing competition for places at Kenilworth Road will help to raise the Hatters to new heights, writes Mark Wood.

Having struggled to shake off a hamstring injury the former Ilkeston man now faces further competition for the left-wing berth from Charlie Henry who joined from Newport County last week.

With the likes of Andy Drury, Jake Howells and Matthew Barnes-Homer all capable of playing there, boss Richard Money has plenty of options on the left – and all over the pitch.
